What you must do

• Honour opt-out requests within 24 hours
• Only use approved message templates for business-initiated conversations
• Keep your quality rating green by maintaining low block rates

Prohibited verticals

WhatsApp's commerce policy prohibits: gambling, tobacco, drugs, adult content, firearms, multi-level marketing, and several others. See Meta's full list before using the service.
