Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies where Zonnex processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under India's DPDP Act 2023.
Processing instructions
Zonnex processes personal data only on your documented instructions and for the purpose of providing the service.
Security measures
We implement encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, regular backups, and incident response procedures.
Sub-processors
See our Privacy Policy for the current sub-processor list. We will notify you of material changes with 30 days' notice.
