Refund Policy

Subscription plans

Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day free trial expires, except where required by law. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

Wallet balance

Unused wallet credits may be refunded within 30 days of a written request to support@zonnex.in, less any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We will cooperate with your bank's dispute process.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
