What does "free trial" mean exactly?

14 days free on any plan, plus ₹100 of trial message credits. No card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or top up minimum ₹500 wallet balance.

How are message costs charged?

Your subscription covers the platform. Messages are charged separately from your wallet at the rates shown above. You top up your wallet, messages are deducted as they're sent.

Is GST included in the prices?

The plan prices shown are before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout. You'll get a GST invoice automatically with your GSTIN.

Can I add more agents without upgrading?

Agents are included up to the plan limit. To add more agents, you'll need to upgrade. There are no per-seat add-ons — we think per-seat pricing punishes growing teams.

What happens to my messages if I cancel?

You can export your contact list and message history any time before cancellation. We'll also help you move your number to another provider.

Do you have a reseller or agency plan?
