We collect your name, email, business name, and WhatsApp number when you sign up. We collect message content and metadata to provide the service. We collect usage analytics to improve the product.

Why we collect it

To provide the Zonnex service, to send you invoices, to provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp delivery), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (CDN and security), AWS / Cloudflare R2 (storage), Sentry (error monitoring).

Your rights (DPDP)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Email grievance@zonnex.in to exercise these rights.
