Service Level Agreement

This SLA applies to Growth and Pro plan subscribers. Starter plan has best-effort availability.
Uptime commitment
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Zonnex dashboard and API. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. We will publish our measured uptime at /status.
Service credits
If monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, subscribers may request a credit of 10% of their monthly plan fee. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not refunded as cash.
Exclusions
Downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure, your internet connection, or force majeure is excluded from SLA calculations.
