Is this legal? Will my number get banned?
Yes, it's legal. Zonnex uses Meta's official Cloud API. Bans come from sending to people who didn't opt in. We enforce opt-outs, warn you when your quality rating drops, and pause marketing automatically if it turns red.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. Your chat history stays on your phone; the number moves to the API. You can't use the WhatsApp app on that number afterwards — you'll use Zonnex instead.
What does it cost per message?
Meta charges per message by category and country. We show the Meta rate and your retail rate before you send. Customer-initiated conversations are free. See the calculator above.
Do I need a developer?
No. Signup, chatbot builder, and campaigns are all no-code. The API exists if you want it.
How long does approval take?
Number connection is immediate. Template approval is usually minutes to a few hours. The blue verified tick is a separate Meta process — we'll help you apply.
Can I send bulk messages to a purchased list?
